3. The information on the Burren Jewellery website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused by any errors or inaccuracies, or by our amendment of them.

5. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any dealing with any third party website or merchant or operator of a third party website.

6. The 3 year warranty we offer on our 18k gold plating covers normal use of the jewellery. e.g everyday wear while minimising perfume contact. Swimming in a chlorinated pool every day while wearing your jewellery is not normal use and should be avoided.

7. Our 90 day return policy is only valid if the product and packaging are in the same condition as when they were received.
