We offer a no quibble, 90-day money-back guarantee*. If for any reason you decide not to keep your item, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please ensure the item is unworn. Once you return the item to Burren Jewellery, your refund or replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible. If a replacement is not immediately available from stock we will endeavor to make one available in the shortest possible time. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Burren Jewellery), cannot be accepted for return. Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. We will cover the cost of returning an item where the items is defective. However in the case of an exchange or refund the postal cost will be paid by you.

To return a jewellery item, follow our three-step process (4 steps in case of exchange):

Email us, sales@burrenjewellery.ie to inform us, and await our reply BEFORE you ship the package. In the event of a replacement not being immediately available, this will also speed up the process.

    Include all original packaging and collateral material. Please ensure that you package your item securely and safely to avoid damage in transit.


      All returns within Ireland must be sent by an post registered post only. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

      4. TO EXCHANGE

      If you need to exchange your order for another item or a different size, it’s no problem returning it. The cost to ship a new item out to you is €5 for Ireland and €9 for the rest of the world.
